This Warranty Policy sets out what's covered and how to make a warranty claim.
Note: This warranty stands separately from our 30-day return policy and applies specifically to manufacturing defects.
1. What the Warranty Covers
Every product bought from gotfare.com comes with a 12-month limited warranty, which begins on the date your order is delivered.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical issues that weren't caused by misuse
- Defective components or workmanship
If a product is confirmed defective during the warranty period, we'll offer one of the following:
- Repair of the item, or
- Replacement with the same model or an equivalent one, or
- A refund, in cases where repair or replacement isn't feasible
2. What Isn't Covered
The warranty does not extend to:
- Regular wear and tear
- Damage that results from misuse, accidents, or incorrect installation
- Damage caused by power surges or using the wrong voltage
- Repairs or modifications performed without authorisation
- Water damage (unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof)
- Use in commercial or rental settings, unless clearly stated otherwise
- Light bulbs or consumable parts, unless specified
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please get in touch with us and include:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos of the problem

4. Shipping Costs on Warranty Claims
Once an issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we'll take care of the replacement shipping cost.
If the issue turns out not to fall under warranty coverage, return or replacement shipping costs may need to be paid by the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
Gotfare will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from using — or being unable to use — the product, except where applicable law says otherwise.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also hold additional rights depending on the country or state where you live.
