Welcome to Gotfare. Any reference to "Gotfare," "we," "us," or "our" in this document means our company and its online retail activities. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern how you access and use our website, products, features, applications, and every related service (together, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. 1. WHO CAN USE THE PLATFORM AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Gotfare reserves the absolute right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Content you send through our Platform (aside from credit card information) may travel across various networks and undergo technical changes to work with different systems. All payment card details are encrypted while in transit. Copying, duplicating, reselling, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform without express written permission is strictly forbidden. The headings throughout these Terms exist purely for convenience and hold no legal weight.
3. ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
While we do our best to keep our information accurate, Gotfare makes no promises about the completeness, correctness, or timeliness of the content displayed on the Platform. It's meant for general reference and shouldn't be the only thing you rely on when making a purchasing decision. We recommend consulting other sources before finalising your choices. Relying on anything found on the Platform is done at your own risk. We have no duty to refresh outdated content, and staying up to date with any Platform changes is on you.
4. CHANGES TO PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Product prices may be changed without prior notice. Gotfare may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform whenever it wishes, without incurring liability. We're not answerable to you or any third party for pricing shifts, service changes, interruptions, or shutdowns.
5. PRODUCTS AND INVENTORY LIMITS
Some products may only be available through our online store. Stock is limited and depends on availability. All returns and exchanges follow our Return Policy. Although we make every effort to represent product colours faithfully, we can't promise that your device will show them exactly as they appear in real life. We reserve the right to limit sales to particular individuals, geographic areas, or quantities. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice. Any product can be discontinued at our discretion, without advance warning. All offers are void wherever the law prohibits them.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Gotfare has full discretion to accept, refuse, or cancel any order. We may place limits on how much can be bought per person, household, or order — this includes orders using the same account, payment method, or shipping address. If we cancel or change your order, we'll make a reasonable effort to reach you using the checkout details you provided. You agree to give accurate and complete information for both purchases and your account.
7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND INTEGRATIONS
Our Platform may connect you to tools, applications, or services run by third parties outside our control. These tools are offered "as is," without any endorsement, warranty, or representation from us. Gotfare disclaims all liability that may result from using them. You accept that any use of third-party tools happens entirely at your own risk.

The Platform may feature links to websites, resources, or content managed by third parties. Gotfare has no control over — and takes no responsibility for — those external sites. We don't endorse or verify the accuracy, legality, or suitability of any third-party materials, products, or services.

If you send us comments, suggestions, ideas, proposals, or other material (whether we asked for it or not), you grant Gotfare a perpetual, royalty-free, unrestricted licence to use, adapt, publish, and distribute those submissions in any medium. We're under no obligation to keep them confidential, credit you, or pay you anything for them.
10. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and safeguard it. By using the Platform, you consent to that processing as outlined there.
11. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
From time to time, the Platform may include typos, mistakes, or missing details related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, or shipping information. Gotfare reserves the right to fix errors and to update or change information at any point without notice — even after you've placed an order.
12. PROHIBITED USES

Our Platform, along with all its content, products, and services, is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind — express or implied. Gotfare does not promise operations that are uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. You use the Platform at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Gotfare, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages tied to your use or inability to use the Platform.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gotfare and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) linked to your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the maximum extent the law permits. The unenforceable portion will be treated as removed, and all other provisions will remain fully in effect.
16. TERMINATION
These Terms stay in effect until either side terminates them. Any obligations or liabilities that arose before termination will continue to apply after the agreement ends.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to in them, form the complete agreement between you and Gotfare about your use of the Platform, replacing any earlier agreements or understandings.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. AMENDMENTS
Gotfare reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. If you keep using the Platform after changes are made, that counts as accepting the new Terms.
20. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are shipped through our chosen logistics partners. Expected delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and depend on where you're located. Gotfare is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs procedures.
21. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason, in line with applicable consumer protection laws. To start a return, get in touch at support@gotfare.com. Items should be unworn, undamaged, and packed in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent by mistake. Refunds are handled within 7 days of us receiving the returned items.
22. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products come with the statutory warranty protections that apply by law. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, please contact us promptly at support@gotfare.com with a description and supporting evidence. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund based on what fits the situation.
